The First Day

Well, this is it. My first day as an unemployed college grad. Technically, it's my 8th day, but I was on vacation last week and it just now set in.

What the Fuck am I going to do?

Knit, Sew, and Cook until I find a job!

My mom's lace tank pattern in the new issue of Vogue knitting.
Abstract Cardigan From Alterknits
Rivendell socks


Current Sewing Projects:
Altering the neckline of a vintage dress
Lining 7.8 million felted bags for the charity auction
Lining a knitted tie
Other alterations (mainly for Sandy)


On the Stove:
Mushroom soup
Fake Steak Stir Fry



If I can just keep this up for the next year, maybe no one will make me find a job. By then I'll be in grad school, and it won't matter. That could totally work. Right?
